“There is a tremendous need in Connecticut to support career pathways in the skilled trades and allied health fields—jobs such as industrial coatings, nurse aides and EMS first responders. The need is so widespread that it impacts a business’ ability to grow to meet customer needs and goals. We are heartened to see young people like Daworin interested in pursuing a career in critical fields such as these,” Wallace said. “I thank Superintendent Anderson for partnering with us to support this outreach.  Not only do these highly sought-after jobs offer a competitive, livable wage, but they also create a path to financial stability and growth.”
