The new Jim Kelley Career Pathway Center will use SimSpray Go® as part of their youth training programs. As the leading virtual reality training tool for painting and coatings workforce development, SimSpray® removes barriers to learning by improving access to hands-on training experiences. It allows the club’s participants to encounter many real-life job experiences at a fraction of the cost of similar live training opportunities. According to Gray, the decision to include SimSpray® for experiential training will connect the new career pathway center with local auto body and detailing shops in Fort Wayne who are “lining up for talent”.
